Who we are

1. These Terms of Trade will apply to all goods purchased from Eversun Healthcare.
2. Payment must be received within 7 days of placing order.
3. You may pay for goods by EFT and cheque. An invoice with our details will be sent with delivery.
4. Delivery will occur within 2-7 days from order date within Victoria. In Victoria, we will use our own delivery drivers, for small boxed orders, we may use Australia Post.For Interstate delivery, Australia post will be used.
5. Backorder refers to any goods not available within our warehouse will be ordered from supplier. Customer will be advised by a phonecall to advise with expected availability
6. Goods may be returned to Eversun Healthcare within 7 working days of the date of invoice if packaging not opened,  excluding any applicable freight or delivery costs. It is your responsibility to return goods and pay for freight.
7. Delivered goods to unattended address will be left at front door for all orders. If specific access or safety is recommended, please notify us. 

Delivery Costs:
Melbourne Metro standard: $8.70 as per Australia post weight limits
It will take 2-7 days to deliver to your door.
CAPS orders charged flat rate of $6.00

Free Delivery for all online orders over $100.00 (within Victoria)

Returns Policy: 

• You may return goods to Eversun Healthcare within 7 days for a refund excluding delivery costs. 
• It is your responsibility to return the goods to us. 
• Item cannot be returned once opened or used.
