What is CAPS?
CAPS is an Australian Government program. It provides a payment to eligible people, to help with some of the costs of buying continence products.
Once approved for CAPS by Medicare, you can use your funds to purchase continence supplies directly from us.
Eversun Healthcare can assist with managing your allocated funds
Once you have completed your CAPS application, with the Section 3 Health Report completed by your Doctor or Nurse, post the whole application to us at Eversun Healthcare PO Box 3101 The Pines VIC 3109.
We will complete Page 8, and post to Medicare.
CAPS applications may take up to 3 months for approval.
